An ancient people, the Uggor make their first appearance in recorded history along the banks of the River Yensai, where they founded the states of Krato and Moti. Traditionally a clan-based culture, their states tended to be organized along republican lines. They have come to be one of the most important cultures in world history, especially under the rule of the largest Uggor state to date, the Holy Moti Empire.
