Lithm is a moderately sized city at the northern tip of the Outra Enedn. It is part of the region of Sechm, at times an independent kingdom but currently a part of the Empire of Trahana.
Lithm can trace its history as a large settlement back at least as far as the Tollanaugh Empire, when it become a major military outpost for defending the southern frontier of the rapidly expanding empire. After the collapse of the Tollanaugh, however, Lithm was not occupied by the succeeding Dulama Empire and instead became a part of the newly independent kingdom of Sechm. For the next several centuries, it would be passed between the Dulama and independent Sechm, and as a result it became extremely ethnically diverse. Although few ethnic Dulama ever arrived in the city, it is a melting pot of Tollanaugh, Amure and Sechma cultures, and the largest city on the Outra Enedn.
The rich waters of the Outra Enedn make Lithm a major hub for fishing.
