The Kossai are a mountain range located in the Empire of Trahana. The Trahana capital of Traha nestles in a valley in the range. Noted for their smooth, stoney peaks, from which they derive their name, the Kossai are a relatively old mountain range. The relatively bare western slope of the Kossai is home to many isolated Machaianist monasteries.
