Kerch is one of the most important cities in the Vischa Exatai and the steppe in general, occupying a key gap in the massive Kotthorns. With the Kotthorns to the east, their sister range the Kotsai to the east, and the smaller Nelhai to the north, Kerch sits at a triple point between the steppe, the Rath Satar, and the Toasha Desert, funneling overland trade between western civilization, northwestern, and eastern.
