Ieras is a tiny city-state, a successor of the Leunan Empire after the destruction of the latter by the Republic of the Daharai. On the southeastern tip of Athis, it is overshadowed by its immediate neighbors, and prey to influence from the Daharai and the Bryhan Republic alike.
