Hanid the Great was king of Jania, and the founder of the second Empire of the Sesh, the last great Arkage state. His reconquest of the River Sesh seemed to decisively end the age-long rivalry between the Arkage and the Seshweay, but his Empire would eventually fall prey to a coalition of neighboring states.
